Problem Statement

Imagine you're a logistics coordinator on Amazon's delivery network, specializing in last-mile fulfillment operations. Each of your delivery routes is assessed by supervisors based on its speed and cost efficiency. The overall efficiencyRating of your routes is determined by the maximum possible sum of consecutive scores. To improve the efficiencyRating of your routes and optimize more delivery zones, you are given with an integer multiplier and the following two strategies: Enhance Scores: Select a contiguous segment of scores and enhance them by multiplying each score in that range by multiplier . Reduce Scores: Select a contiguous segment of scores and reduce them by dividing each score in that range by multiplier . Your task is to determine the maximum possible efficiencyRating for your delivery routes after applying exactly one of these strategies. Note: When applying the second strategy i.e., Reduce Scores: For dividing positive scores, use the floor value of the division result
