Tom, who is an activist, came up with an idea to form his own political party. To start a party he needs more number of activists. He selects those activist who is having great influence over their community/locality. So, he visits every nearby village to collect data about people. Finally he managed to create a graph displaying social connectivity of people in the particular village. Now in this graph he needs to find people who are highly influential.
