Scheduling Eight Dinner Courses: Gap Between the Italian and Indian Slots Eight chefs -- Aria, Benito, Cadence, Dante, Ember, Frost, Gale and Hugo -- will each prepare one of eight one-hour dinner courses at the Golden Palate line-up, all on the same evening. Course 1 starts at 5 p.m., Course 2 at 6 p.m., and so on in hourly steps, with Course 8 starting at 12 a.m. (midnight).
