Conducted on HackerRank, this round had three sections: Aptitude (20 MCQs), Computer Concepts (20 MCQs on DSA, OOPS, CN, OS, SQL), and Programming (2 questions).
Round 2: Technical Interview Round-1
The interview started with "Tell me about yourself." The candidate's favorite subjects (OS, DBMS, DSA) were discussed. Questions included: Operating Systems (Deadlock, handling techniques), DBMS (Normalization/Denormalization, Normal Forms, DDL/DML/DCL), DSA (Types of Sorting, complexities, implement queue using linked list, types of algorithms), C/C++ (difference in call by value/reference with swap example, difference in malloc/calloc). 2-3 questions were also based on the candidate's projects.
Round 3: Technical Interview Round-2 + HR
The candidate mentioned PWAs in their introduction, leading to a 15-minute discussion on the topic. A detailed 25-30 minute discussion followed on all projects, including tech stack and database models. Finally, one HR question was asked: "Where do you see yourself after 3 years?"
Tips: The candidate emphasized knowing every word of the resume, as the entire interview would revolve around it.
