Experience:

The candidate applied through an on-campus drive at ABES Engineering College.

Round 1 (Online Test): This round was conducted on the HackerRank platform and comprised three sections.

• Aptitude: 20 MCQs
• Computer Concepts: 20 MCQs
• Programming: 2 coding questions.

The difficulty level of the questions was Easy-Medium.

Round 2 (Technical Interview Round-1): The interviewer started by asking "Tell me about yourself." The candidate mentioned OS, DBMS, and DSA as their favorite subjects, which led to questions in these areas.

• Operating Systems: Questions on Deadlock and techniques to handle it with examples.
• DBMS: Questions on Normalization and Denormalization, types of Normal forms, and types of languages (DDL, DML, DCL).
• DSA: Questions on types of Sorting, their procedures, and complexities. The candidate was asked to implement a queue using a linked list (code).
• C/C++: Differences between call by value and call by reference using a swap example, and differences between malloc() and calloc().
• Projects: 2-3 questions were based on the projects mentioned in the candidate's resume.

Round 3 (Technical Interview Round-2 + HR): The discussion started with Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) as the candidate mentioned them in their introduction, lasting about 15 minutes. This was followed by a detailed 25-30 minute discussion on all projects, including questions related to the tech stack and database models. The round concluded with an HR question: "Where do you see yourself after 3 years?"

Tips: The candidate emphasized knowing every word of the resume, as the entire interview would revolve around it.
