Experience:

This experience is for an SDE-II (Backend Developer) role at HighRadius, resulting in an offer. The process involved three rounds.

Round 1: Technical Interview (Coding & Concepts)
The first round included a coding question: "2 sum question, but we also have to return all the pairs that have sum = target (Same index can also be considered twice, and if the number itself is target, we will need to consider)." In addition, there were questions on the candidate's current work, databases used, and active-active architecture.

Round 2: Technical Interview (Coding & DSA)
The second round focused on data structures and algorithms, specifically a "discussion on the question to remove a node from a linked list." The interviewer prompted the candidate to consider deeper aspects, including linked lists with loops. Many questions were asked on various data structures, algorithms, Java, and C++, based on what was mentioned in the candidate's resume. The interviewer was friendly and provided hints when the candidate was stuck.

Round 3: Managerial/Deep Dive
The third round involved a deep discussion on the candidate's previous work, including the decisions made.
