Experience:

Home Assignment: Optimize HTTP Server (Coding Challenge): The first step was a coding challenge where the candidate had to implement a simple HTTP server. The server needed to respond to GET requests on the "/data" endpoint, handle query parameters, and be optimized for handling large files. The candidate could choose any language/framework.

First Interview: This round focused on the candidate's resume and basic web development concepts. Questions were asked about JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Second Interview: This was a live JavaScript coding session. The candidate was given real-time problems to solve and discuss. Interviewers also delved into the candidate's past development experiences and projects mentioned on the resume.
