Experience:

The HCL interview process was structured and comprehensive. It consisted of three main rounds.

Round 1: Cognitive and Technical Assessment
This round evaluated problem-solving skills, technical knowledge, and logical reasoning.

Round 2: Group Discussion
Candidates participated in a group discussion on the topic "Pros and Cons of AI." This round assessed communication skills, critical thinking, and the ability to articulate viewpoints effectively.

Round 3: Interviews
This stage involved three separate interviews:

  • Technical Interview: Focused on the candidate's chosen skill preference, which was visualization in this case. Questions included scenario-based Power BI implementation, "Why HCL?", "What do you know about Generative AI?", and leadership-related questions based on the resume.
