Resume Screening

The process began when someone from HackerRank reached out for the Software Developer Intern position.

First Interview

A week later, the candidate received an email for the first interview with Co-Founder and CTO Hari. This was a 20-minute Zoom call where questions focused on projects and work experience, along with the tech stack the candidate had worked on. The interviewer also asked about the candidate's journey into coding and problem-solving.

Second Interview

In 3 days, another interview was scheduled with the Engineering Manager, Akshay Gupta. This was a 30-minute Zoom call. After introductions, the candidate explained projects from their resume and discussed a real-world problem statement, engaging in an interactive discussion about possible solutions.

Final Call

Within a week, the candidate received a final call with an offer for the SDE Intern role. The candidate found it to be one of the best interview experiences.
