Experience:

This candidate, an undergraduate BTech Computer Science student from a Tier-2 college, was selected for a Market Analyst - Intern role in Gurgaon, Haryana.

Round 1: Aptitude Test
The written exam had a total time of 40 minutes. One section included negative marking. The Data Interpretation section consisted of questions from graphs and charts. Logical Reasoning covered visual reasoning, attention to details, blood relationships, coding-decoding, and series. The Mathematics section included questions on calculations, HCF, and LCM. The difficulty was rated as moderate.

Round 2: Group Test (Fasters finger first kind)
Those who cleared the first round were selected for this in-person group test, where candidates were divided into groups of 5-6. This round comprised around 20 math questions, with positive marks for correct answers and negative marks for wrong ones. The overall score determined progression to the next round. The candidate successfully cleared this round.

Round 3: Tech+HR
In this round, questions were asked related to the candidate's Computer Science major and how their skills could contribute to the company. The interviewer also probed why a CSE student chose to apply for a finance-related role. The candidate was asked about any prior trading experiences, to which they responded negatively. The round went well, and results were received after 30 minutes.
