This interview experience is for a Technical Trainee role (FJ3 level for freshers) through a campus recruitment drive.
Round 1 (Aptitude): This round assessed basic aptitude skills, covering Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability.
Round 2 (JAM - Just a Minute): Candidates were given one minute to speak on a topic of their choice. The primary focus of this round was to evaluate communication skills, fluency, and pronunciation.
