This candidate interviewed for a Market Analyst Intern role on campus. The overall experience was described as a "stress Round".

Round 1: Aptitude Test
This round consisted of 43 MCQs to be solved in 40 minutes. Questions covered Quick Math, Profit and Loss, Ratio and Proportion, Pie Chart, Mensuration, Statistics, and Probability. There was negative marking (+2 for right, -1 for wrong). Out of 120 students, 17 qualified for the second round. Results were declared the same day.

Round 2: Group Discussion Round (Fastest Fingers First cum Buzzer Round)
This round grouped students (6, 6, and 5) but was not a typical discussion. Instead, it was a fastest fingers first cum buzzer round where the interviewer would show a figure or state a statement. Candidates had to raise their fingers to answer questions ranging from logical reasoning to statistical understanding. This round also had negative marking for wrong answers and lasted about 30 minutes. Only 3 out of 17 students qualified for the third round. Results for this round were declared after two days.

Round 3: Stress Round (Technical + HR)
This round was conducted after a 2-week gap and was described as a "stress Round." The interviewers grilled the candidate with questions like "why do you want to join?", presented stress situations, asked quick math questions, logical reasoning, "how will you rate yourself?", and "if you were the interviewer, how will you evaluate yourself?". The interviewer also asked trick questions such as "what are the colors used in the company website?" and "negative points about the company." This round lasted around 30 minutes. The candidate was not selected, and the company made no offers from the campus.
