Rounds: 1 interview (after a written test)
Topics Asked: HR, Finance, Math, Programming, Coding
The company started with an on-campus presentation, followed by a written test. The written test had two parts: an HR-based section and a section covering Math, Finance, and Coding. The interview panel consisted of two members who primarily assessed the candidate's interest in finance. The interview was mostly HR-focused with very few technical questions. A specific question asked was "Why do you want to join FinMechanics even after having a strong background in Chemical Engineering?". The interview was brief, lasting hardly ten minutes, and one interviewer even left to take a phone call, leading to a very negative experience for the candidate.
