The selection procedure involved a test with four sections and two rounds of interviews. Test performance was more crucial than the CV for interview shortlisting. The test sections included personal information and generic subjective questions, a math section (covering concepts from Class 11th and 12th like Sequence and Series, and general quant), and coding problems. The first interview round, conducted by associate consultants, included questions on math, coding, and the candidate's CV. Two coding problems were given: a puzzle related to probability and a variation of Binary Search. Basic Data Structures and Sorting were important topics to prepare. The second round involved higher-ups, such as directors, with a panel of 5-6 people, and was primarily HR-based. Questions were subjective and included various situations to assess confidence and thought process.
