Experience:

This candidate's Eurofins interview experience for an Associate Software Engineer role on-campus consisted of two main rounds.

Round 1: Online Aptitude and Technical MCQs
This round took place on June 22, 2022, and lasted for 1 hour, with 40 questions in total. It included 20 aptitude questions and 20 technical questions. The aptitude section focused on problems related to percentages, profit and loss, time and work, and logical reasoning questions like pattern alphabets and coding. The technical section covered a wide range of topics including C, C++, DBMS questions, and basic Python concepts such as theory, data elements, lists, and output-based program snippets. The difficulty level was considered moderate for a prepared student. Out of 400 initial candidates, 96 were shortlisted for the next round.

Round 2: Group Discussion (GD)
This round was conducted on June 24, 2022. There were approximately eight batches, each consisting of 12 to 14 members. The topic for the group discussion was random. The GD was judged by about six to seven HR personnel who evaluated candidates based on teamwork, tone, communication, and how they presented and disagreed with points. This round was considered difficult. There were no separate technical or HR face-to-face interviews after this round.

The final results were announced on July 1, 2022, with 14 candidates selected out of the 96 who participated in the GD round.
