Round 1: Written Assessment (Online)
This round consisted of an aptitude test with questions on quantitative aptitude (Profit and loss, Average, Mixtures, Series, Algebraic questions), reasoning (Direction sense, sitting arrangement, puzzles), data interpretation, and verbal ability (comprehension-based, jumbled words, fill-ups, tense). The quantitative questions were of moderate level, while reasoning questions were easy.
Round 2: Coding Round (Online)
Candidates who cleared the first round proceeded to this online coding assessment. There were 4 coding questions, arranged from lower to higher difficulty. The first was an easy 1D array question asking to sort an array by bubble sort. The next was an array question involving finding negative elements and moving elements next to them to the front. The third was a 2D array question on matrix multiplication. The last question was a very hard string-based problem.
Round 3: Technical Interview
Shortlisted candidates from the coding round attended this in-person technical interview. The interviewer started with Java concepts, asking why Java is preferred, then moved to OOPS concepts like Polymorphism and Inheritance with examples. The candidate was asked to write two programs on paper: a prime number program and a binary search program to test basic programming skills. Questions also covered OS and DBMS, including memory management in C and OS, differences between malloc and calloc, compiler and interpreter, threads, and SQL queries (joins, printing duplicate values and their count, second maximum value). A scenario-based question was also posed about optimizing a completed project. A puzzle was also asked.
Round 4: HR Interview
This online HR interview was friendly. Questions included self-introduction, family background, "where do you see yourself in five years?", and "what is your goal behind joining this organization?".
