Experience:

This candidate applied for a Software Developer position at Dover Corporation off-campus during their fourth year of college. The process was described as relatively straightforward.

Round 1: Online Test
The first round was an online test covering Aptitude, Verbal Ability, Logical Reasoning, and Technical MCQs.

Round 2: Technical Round
The questions in this round were described as quite simple, mostly related to OOPs, SQL queries, OS, and DBMS. A very simple coding question was also asked, which the candidate felt was at the level of Infosys, Wipro, or TCS.

Round 3: HR + Managerial Round
This round involved simple HR and managerial questions. The candidate was eventually offered a CTC of 6.5 LPA for a fresher role but ultimately rejected the offer.
