This candidate shared their Accenture On-Campus drive experience for the 2024 batch, highlighting an overall easy interview process, especially for those with a strong coding foundation.
Round 1: Cognitive & Technical Assessment. This was an elimination round consisting of two parts. The first part had 90 MCQs to be solved in 90 minutes, covering Abstract Reasoning, Critical Reasoning, Pseudocode, Common Application and Microsoft Office, Fundamentals of Cloud, Security and Networking, and English Ability. There was a sub-sectional cutoff, and it was advised to attempt all sections. The English Ability, Critical Reasoning, and Problem Solving sections were easy, while MS Office, Networking Security, and Cloud were intermediate. The pseudocode section was considered difficult.
Round 2: Coding Assessment. This round was conducted immediately after the cognitive and technical assessment. It was an elimination round with 2 coding questions to be solved in 45 minutes, with allowed languages being C, C++, Python, and Java. The difficulty level was easy to moderate. The first question was a simple if-else problem, and the second was similar to a Fibonacci pattern, requiring dynamic programming for full test case pass. It was necessary to solve one question completely and partially solve another to qualify.
Round 3: Communication Assessment. This was a non-elimination round conducted a few days after clearing the coding assessment. It consisted of 63 questions with a time limit of 30 minutes.
Round 4: Video Interview (Technical + HR). This online, take-from-home interview lasted around 20 minutes and was a combination of technical and HR questions. Questions asked included: "Introduce yourself", "Tell me about your projects", "Follow-up technical questions regarding my projects", "What were your learnings from the project", "Describe a time when you saw a problem as an opportunity", "Tell us about any conflict at work and how you resolved it", "I see you have served as a team leader, how did you distribute the tasks among your team", and "How did you resolve conflicts when working in a team".
