Experience:

Round 1: Technical Interview (Scheduled 60 mins, went up to 120 mins)
The round began with a basic introduction and questions related to the candidate's resume, followed by questions on Postgres and GraphQL, which took about 30 minutes.

Two coding questions were then asked:
1. LeetCode problem: "Subarray Sum Equals K". The candidate solved it, but the interviewer reportedly lacked coding knowledge, frequently went on mute, and insisted on a specific solution, claiming other solutions would fail test cases.
2. Modification of Rain Water Harvesting: The question involved finding the maximum water between two towers. The problem statement was unclear, and there were no proper test cases or answers provided. It took 10-15 minutes to clarify the question. The candidate solved it in O(n^2) and optimized it to O(n), but again, the interviewer was adamant about a specific solution.

The candidate was rejected.
