Kanak, a Computer Science and Engineering student from Commence College of Engineering for Women's Nagpur, shared her on-campus placement experience for the PBWM Technology Analyst role at Citi Bank. The process began with registrations on August 14, 2022, followed by an online assessment and then interviews on August 22, 2022.

1. Online Assessment: This round had three sections: aptitude, coding questions, and SQL queries. The coding questions were described as moderate to difficult, with one question from arrays and another involving a binary search tree. There were two SQL queries, ranging from easy to difficult. The candidate found the 90-minute time limit sufficient.

2. Technical Interview: This round, held at 8:00 AM on August 22, 2022, started with the candidate's introduction. Questions were primarily based on the resume, focusing on internships and projects. DSA questions were also asked. For problems where the candidate couldn't provide code, they explained the logic and the data structures to be used, which impressed the interviewer. This round lasted around 40 minutes.

3. HR Round: This round took place around 1:00 PM on the same day after being shortlisted from the technical round. It was described as "more technical than HR," with only one actual HR question. The interviewer asked some logical-based questions. A specific brain teaser mentioned was "Three bulbs and three switches" to identify which switch belongs to which bulb. The interviewer was very interested in the candidate's projects, asking for a demo of one project, especially a major hackathon project mentioned on the resume. This round could extend up to an hour.

The candidate received an offer and is currently working at Citi Bank with a package of 18 LPA. Communication and presentation skills were highlighted as crucial for selection, especially in the second round.
