Round 1: (Technical Interview Round-1) This round lasted approximately 1 hour and was conducted by two senior engineers and a hiring manager. Questions included self-introduction, a brief explanation of resume projects, OOP concepts, scenario-based MySQL query writing (via screen share), a string manipulation program (via screen share), and a few generic questions about projects done in the previous company. Suggestions for candidates included thoroughly reviewing their resume, explaining the tech stack involved, asking about edge cases, and thinking aloud.
Round 2: (Technical Interview Round-2) Lasting approximately 1.5 hours, this round involved one senior staff engineer and a senior hiring manager. It started with a self-introduction and a brief explanation of resume projects. The main technical task was pseudo-code writing for API development with SQL writing. Tips included thinking aloud, knowing basic syntax, and attempting to write pseudo-code.
Round 3: (Managerial Round) This round was about 30 minutes long and involved only the hiring manager. Discussions focused on the role and responsibilities and the company's work culture. Advice given was not to set over-expectations and to show interest in learning new things.
