Experience:

This candidate, a 2022 graduate, was seeking an SDE-II/I role at Rupyy, the fintech arm of CarDekho. After initial shortlisting, the interview rounds were scheduled.

Round 1: This round focused on Node.js and Database concepts. The candidate was selected for the next round.

Round 2: This round was with the hiring manager and included one DSA problem and one puzzle. Discussions about the candidate's current company and role also took place. The candidate was informed that they moved to the final HR round.

Round 3: The HR round reportedly went well, and the candidate had a positive feeling. The recruiter presented an offer the next day, which was significantly lower than expected (around 30% increase after gratuity). After negotiation, the offer increased to ~35%.

Overall Experience: The candidate's experience turned negative after the HR round. Despite being asked to submit documents and promised a final offer letter, they were ghosted for two weeks.
