Interview Experience The interview process consisted of 2 interview rounds: Problem-Solving Round and HR/HC Round. Problem-Solving Round The round started with a brief introduction, followed by some general questions about my background and life. The interviewer then asked about my projects, including why I chose the particular project and what motivated me to work on it. There were also a few questions to understand my creative thinking and activities outside academics, such as whether I had done anything creative. The technical discussion covered several Computer Science fundamentals. I was asked to write the syntax/program for checking a palindrome and was also questioned on concepts such as Abstraction and Encapsulation. A major portion of the round focused on SQL, with multiple questions testing my understanding of database concepts and query writing. The interviewer also asked questions related to DSA and algorithms, including Binary Search and Merge Sort, along with a few other basic programming and problem-solving questions. Overall, the round focused on basic technical concepts, SQL, DSA, projects, and problem-solving ability. Having strong fundamentals and being clear with basic concepts was very important for this round. HR / HC Round The final round was an HR/HC (Human Capital) round. The questions were mostly non-technical and focused on getting to know me better. The interviewer asked general and logical questions to understand my thought process, personality, communication skills, and overall suitability for the role. Overall, the interview process placed significant emphasis on technical fundamentals, SQL, basic DSA, projects, logical thinking, and general fitment.
