Resume Shortlisting: In this round, around 76 students were shortlisted from my campus and I was one of them. It mostly depended on technical skills and CGPA. Online Assessment: In this round, aptitude questions and 2 coding/debugging questions were asked, which had to be completed in 35 minutes. Around 17 students from my campus and a total of 600 students from across India were selected. 24-Hour Hackathon: A 24-hour hackathon was conducted at the BNP Paribas Mumbai office, where we had to build a solution for a given problem statement. I received the internship + PBO through this process.
