Detailed experience

Case Study Round Case introduction: Interviewer gives a business case and explains the situation/problem. Case-based questions: Questions are asked around the case, mainly testing your approach, logical thinking, data interpretation, and how you arrive at a solution. Pen-and-paper part: 2 questions had to be solved manually on paper. AI-based case study: The same case was continued on an AI-based platform similar to Campus Beats, where 2 additional questions were given. Discussion: After solving, the interviewer discussed the approach, assumptions, and reasoning behind the answers. Projects: This was followed by detailed discussion of the projects mentioned in the resume, including your role, technical implementation, challenges, and outcomes. EBI / Fit Round I this round focused more on understanding you beyond technical skills: Detailed resume discussion - projects, internships, experiences, skills and responsibilities. Questions around why this company/role, career goals and motivation. Guesstimates to check structured thinking and problem-solving. Puzzles to evaluate logical reasoning and how you approach unfamiliar problems. Standard HR questions such as strengths, weaknesses, challenges, teamwork, leadership, failures, relocation, and career plans. The interviewer also evaluated communication, confidence, clarity of thought and overall fit for the role.
