Technical + HR Interview : The process started with a PPT by the Deloitte USI team, where senior employees talked about the company, culture and opportunities. My interview was completely technical. The interviewer was a Full Stack Java Developer with around 8 years of experience at Deloitte USI. Questions were mainly around: Projects and their implementation A scenario-based question on improving an autonomous parking system Basic SQL queries A LeetCode Easy-level DSA question on searching and sorting For the DSA question, I explained both brute-force and optimized approaches. At the end, I asked about his role and experience at Deloitte USI, and we had a good discussion. Overall, the interview was around 50 minutes and focused mainly on projects, DSA, SQL and technical fundamentals.
