The selection process consisted of two rounds of online tests conducted on the Mettl platform. First Round: The first round was a cognitive assessment that primarily focused on aptitude-based questions. Second Round: The second round consisted of a general assessment covering aptitude questions, along with domain-specific questions related to the role. Overall, the tests were quite challenging, especially considering that there were only four positions available for selection. I was fortunate to be among the four candidates selected through the process.
