Resume Shortlisting: Around 76 students were shortlisted from my campus, and I was fortunate to be one of them. The shortlisting was primarily based on technical skills and CGPA. Online Assessment: The assessment consisted of aptitude questions along with two coding/debugging problems, which had to be completed within 35 minutes. Following this round, around 17 students from my campus were shortlisted, with approximately 600 students selected overall from across India. 24-Hour Hackathon: The shortlisted candidates then participated in a 24-hour hackathon held at the BNP Paribas office in Mumbai. We were given a problem statement and had to develop a solution within the given timeframe. Through this selection process, I was selected for the internship + PBO (Pre-Placement Offer) opportunity at BNP Paribas.
