Greetings, everyone! My name is Anuj Soni, and I am a student at the International Institute of Professional Studies (IIPS) DAVV, INDORE. I want to share my incredible interview experience with you all. Recently, our campus had its third company visiting for placements. There were some rumors circulating about this company's selection criteria, saying they prefer students with a CGPA of 9+ (which turned out to be partially true) and that they primarily select female candidates (which also had some truth to it). Approximately 400 to 450 students appeared for the initial test, out of which 130 of us were shortlisted for the technical round, conducted online. I felt fortunate to be among those shortlisted, and it was an exciting opportunity. After the technical round interviews, I was one of the 11 students who made it to the final round. The company scheduled the HR round for 7th July 2023. However, to my dismay, the date was postponed, and we had to endure an additional 20 days of anticipation. This period was quite challenging for me as I eagerly awaited the interview. Finally, after the extended wait, the company conducted interviews for all 11 shortlisted candidates. It was a nerve-wracking experience, but in the end, I was overjoyed to learn that I was one of the 10 students selected for the job, and I successfully secured a placement. Technical - Round 1 Questions: Define DBMS (Database Management System). What is an operating system, and what role does it play in a computer system? Why is Unix preferred in certain scenarios? Explain GUI (Graphical User Interface) and CUI (Character User Interface). Name different types of networks. List some basic Linux commands, such as cat, ls, etc. Describe React (in the context of your project). What are GitHub and Git, and how are they related? Briefly explain the concepts of OOPs (Object-Oriented Programming). Define polymorphism and abstraction in OOPs. Technical - Round 2 Questions (Unexpected they took another technical): Given the address of a node in a doubly linked list, how would you delete that node? Now, solve the same problem for a singly linked list (referring to this link: Deletion in Linked List ). HR Questions: Tell me about yourself. What are your hobbies and interests? Have you had breakfast today, and what did you eat? Are you comfortable relocating to Bangalore? If not, why not Indore? Could you share some details about your family background? What is your rank in the class? Are you the top coder in your class? Why do you think your friend, who has a good CGPA and rank, didn't make it to the selected candidates' list? Have you ever been to Bangalore? Do you have any questions for us? ALL Possible HR Questions (That I collected from here and there): Introduce yourself and your hobbies. Where do you see yourself in five years? What are your interests and are you comfortable relocating to Bangalore? Share your thoughts on the Solution Engineer role at FICO. Describe your family backgroun
