The interview process at Wisflux Tech Labs for the Agentic AI Intern role was structured into three rounds over the span of a week, beginning with a telephonic screening round lasting 15–20 minutes where I introduced myself, discussed my academic background, internship experiences, projects in AI and full stack development, and expressed my interest in Agentic AI and Generative AI, with the main challenge being to explain project contributions clearly and concisely, after which I was shortlisted for the first technical interview; Round 2 was an online technical interview conducted on Microsoft Teams on 9 May 2026, lasting about 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes, and focused on DSA, SQL, database concepts, and project discussions, with questions on the Kth largest element in an array, the meeting rooms problem, different types of SQL joins, aggregate functions with GROUP BY, window functions such as ROW_NUMBER, RANK, and DENSE_RANK, as well as database normalization and schema design, followed by in-depth project discussions on technologies, architecture, and challenges, and I was selected for the final onsite round; Round 3, the onsite technical interview, was held on 13 May 2026 at Wisflux Tech Labs in Jaipur, lasting about an hour, and emphasized advanced problem-solving, database design, and technical discussions based on my resume and prior projects, with questions on database schema design scenarios, table relationships and normalization, real-world SQL use cases, project architecture and design decisions, Generative AI and LLM-related discussions, as well as coding problems like the longest palindromic substring and checking whether a graph is bipartite, with the interview being highly interactive and focused more on problem-solving approach, fundamentals, and learning ability than on writing complete code; I cleared this round and received the selection confirmation for the Agentic AI Intern role on 3 June 2026, and reflecting on the process, the interview culture was professional, interactive, and collaborative, emphasizing practical problem-solving, strong fundamentals in DSA and databases, clear project understanding, adaptability, and the ability to explain technical decisions, while tips for future candidates include being thorough with resume projects, revising DSA, SQL, and database fundamentals, understanding the reasoning behind technical choices, and focusing on communication and problem-solving skills, and overall the experience was well-structured and provided a balanced evaluation of technical expertise, project knowledge, and professional readiness, ultimately leading to my successful selection and joining Wisflux Tech Labs as an Agentic AI Intern.
