Experience:

The candidate applied for a Technology Intern role in London around October 24th after seeing a LinkedIn post. Interview invites were received on December 2nd. The entire interview process was described as "very different than normal interviews."

Online Assessment: This round consisted of 4 Medium level Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) questions. The candidate solved 2 questions completely, the 3rd with 10/15 test cases, and the 4th with 9/12 test cases.

Interview Part 1: This part was divided into two sections:

• Scenario Test: An individual round where each interviewee was given 4 scenario-based questions and had to submit their answers within a specified timeframe.
• Group Exercise: Candidates were divided into groups of 6-7 members to discuss the 4th question from the Scenario Test. An interviewer monitored the group discussion.

Interview Part 2: This was a more technical and behavioral round. Questions included:

• Describing a project where SQL was used and its application.
• Comparison between C++ and Python, and when to use each.
• Willingness to learn full-stack development for a project.
• Knowledge about BNP Paribas: why join, difference between Investment & Corporate Banking, and mentioning the 4 Strengths & 4 Driving Forces of the company.
• Discussion on previous internships and the project the candidate was most proud of.
