Rounds: 4 rounds (Online Coding Test, 2 Technical Interviews, HR Round)
Topics Asked: Data Structures, Algorithms (two-pointer approach), Operating Systems (OS), Database Management Systems (DBMS)
The selection process began with shortlisting candidates based on their CGPA. Following this, there was an online coding round conducted on Google Forms. This round included a few MCQs and two coding questions; one was easy, and the other was challenging, involving a two-pointer approach. The candidate noted that the absence of an IDE made testing code difficult.
The first interview round consisted of two coding questions and some theoretical questions on OS and DBMS. The second interview, lasting 30 minutes, focused on a single, tough coding question. The discussion involved exploring 2-3 different approaches to solve the problem, followed by coding the solution and checking it against test cases. Finally, a call from the placement coordinator for an HR discussion led to an offer letter.
