I went through a structured interview process that included multiple rounds evaluating both my technical and managerial skills. Overall, I was able to perform well in each stage and successfully clear all the rounds. Application: I applied for the role through the company’s internal website. After around two weeks, I received an email confirming that I had been shortlisted. Round 1 (Project Round): I was given a project to build a simple application using React and TypeScript, including frontend components for selecting database options like MySQL. The timeline for completion was one week. I successfully completed the project, hosted it on GitHub, and shared the link. I later received positive feedback and was shortlisted for the next round. Round 2 (Technical Interview): This was a one-hour interview focused on discussing my project. I explained my approach, design decisions, and implementation details. Additionally, I was asked a DSA question where I had to find an index in a tree such that removing that node would make the sum of the left subtree equal to the right subtree. I solved this problem successfully. Round 3 (Managerial Round): In this round, I was asked questions on object-oriented programming, networking, and operating systems. My leadership and team management skills were also evaluated. I answered confidently and performed well.
