The Willings selection procedure for their GALK Program involved three main stages: a CV screening round, an online coding assessment, and an HR round.
The **CV screening round** was based on a registration form where candidates had to provide information about their motivations, skills, projects, and vision.
The **online coding assessment** consisted of 3 questions. Two of these questions focused on Data Structures and Algorithms, with one being a LeetCode Hard level problem and the other a LeetCode Medium level problem. The third question was based on SQL queries. The test was timed on a per-question basis.
