The Turing recruitment drive for Data Analyst roles consisted of three rounds.
Round 1: Aptitude & Logical Reasoning
This round comprised 18 MCQs to be completed in 60 minutes. It focused on testing strong problem-solving and logical thinking abilities.
Round 2: Coding Challenge
This round tested coding skills through two challenges. The first question was an easy-level problem on basic string manipulation, with a duration of 45 minutes. Real-time feedback on test case accuracy was provided. After achieving 100% accuracy, candidates proceeded to a debugging task (30 minutes), which could be solved using Python, C++, or JavaScript (Python was recommended). Candidates also evaluated the performance of two generative AI models by comparing their responses to specific queries.
Round 3: Telephonic HR Interview
This round was conducted for shortlisted candidates within three days of the assessments. It focused on Python experience, familiarity with relevant technologies like Machine Learning, and general questions about the assessment process, role understanding, and salary expectations.
Overall Experience: The recruitment process was challenging but rewarding, providing an excellent opportunity to demonstrate technical skills and analytical expertise.
