Turing visited the college for interns and full-time hiring. The hiring process included several eliminatory rounds.

Round 1: Python Challenge
Candidates were given clear instructions to provide appropriate comments for their code. There were 2 coding questions, and passing the first made one eligible for the second. The platform provided real-time feedback on the percentage of code working correctly, requiring a minimum accuracy of 80%.

Round 2: Technical Writing Assessment
In this section, candidates were presented with two different responses from a generative AI model for the same query. They were asked to compare the accuracies and relevance of these responses, along with other related questions.

Round 3: Data Analysis
This round involved 3 datasets provided on the Google Collab platform. Candidates had to answer 13 MCQs by applying various required operations using Python. Tab switching between Collab and the MCQ platform was allowed.

Round 4: Telephonic Technical + HR Interview
Shortlisted candidates received a phone call for this combined technical and HR interview. The interviewer asked several Python questions and engaged in HR discussions. They also asked the candidate to rate their proficiency in particular tech stacks. Proficiency in problem-solving and Python programming was crucial.
