Round 1: Online Assessment This round was conducted on HackerEarth and consisted of 30 MCQ questions covering technical knowledge, SQL, Computer Networks (CN), Operating Systems (OS), aptitude, and puzzles. Following the MCQs, there was a guesstimation question and a medium-level coding question. The candidate passed all test cases for the coding question, and results came within 1-2 hours.
Round 2: Communication Assessment This round aimed to check speaking and listening skills. It involved listening to audio clips and repeating what was heard without mistakes, along with grammar-related questions to assess English fluency.
Round 3: Technical Interview 1 This round focused on coding, DSA, and resume-based questions, particularly AI/ML projects.
Round 4: Technical Interview 2 This round was mostly about the candidate's understanding of AI and ML. Questions included how to collect data, which tech stack to use for data cleaning, and the overall process of training and testing models. Both technical rounds lasted about 45 minutes each.
Round 5: HR Round Questions covered personal and family background, reasons for wanting to join Tredence, and co-curricular activities. After this round, the candidate was selected for the Analyst role.
Tips: Have a strong understanding of your AI/ML projects. Be prepared for questions on data collection, cleaning, training, and testing. Emphasize extracurricular activities to show a well-rounded personality.
