This experience for a Full Stack Web Developer position was described as disheartening. The interviewer asked a wide range of questions covering .NET Core, React, SQL Server, and GIT. There were also questions on HTML5 and CSS. The interviewer tested system design skills, which the candidate found overwhelming. A coding problem was given, which the candidate solved in about 15 minutes, involving finding palindrome substrings of even and odd lengths, counting them, and returning the counts in an array. Another coding task involved fetching data from a mock URL using React, where the interviewer specifically wanted class components, but the candidate used axios, hooks, and async. The interviewer also showed disappointment when the candidate took a few seconds to think before responding to questions and couldn't recall all basic middleware components on the spot.
