Experience:

Round 1: Coding Round
This was a 1.5-hour coding round conducted on HackerRank. It involved 3 questions: 2 on Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) and 1 on Git. The difficulty level was perceived as easy to medium. The feedback for this round was positive.

Round 2: Interview with Senior Architect
Given the candidate's Java experience, this 1-hour interview focused on core Java concepts, including beans, their lifecycle, and multithreading. A DSA problem to print prime numbers from 1 to 200 with minimal time complexity was also given, which the candidate optimized successfully. The interview went well, and feedback was positive.

Round 3: Interview with Principal Software Engineer
This 35-minute round involved discussions on Java and OOP concepts. A DSA question was posed: verify if the sum of nodes from root to leaf equals a given input number. The candidate had not seen this problem before but wrote a solution in 15 minutes that satisfied the interviewer. Feedback was positive.

Round 4: Face-to-face Interview with another Principal Software Engineer

The interview was rated as "okay," with positive feedback but noted areas for improvement.

Round 5: Technical Managerial Round
This 30-minute round was with two panelists and included a mix of C, C++, and Java questions. Topics included `malloc` vs. `calloc`, segmentation faults, and the differences between `ConcurrentHashMap` and `synchronized HashMap`. The candidate found this round hard and did not answer half of the questions. Despite this, the feedback was positive.

Round 6: HR Discussion
The final round was a 25-minute HR discussion covering basic HR questions.

All six rounds were completed in four days, and the candidate received a verbal offer the very next day.
