Experience:

This experience describes an on-campus placement program for a Cloud Engineer (DevOps) role at UKG. The process began with an initial shortlisting based on resume skills and CGPA, where about 50 students were shortlisted from the campus. There were three eliminatory offline interview rounds.

Round 1: Technical Interview 1
The first interview started with interviewer and candidate introductions. The interviewer asked two puzzle-related problems: one from real-life scenarios and another from mathematics.

Round 2: Technical Interview 2
The second round focused on Computer Science fundamentals and live projects. The interviewer specifically asked about how the candidate handled or maintained their projects.

Round 3: Managerial Round
The third round was a managerial round designed to assess the candidate's speaking and communication skills. The interviewer evaluated how well the candidate performed in explaining concepts and interacting.
