ThoughtWorks visited the candidate's campus for recruitment.

Round 1: Short Coding
This round had 5 easy coding questions to be completed in 40 minutes. The candidate finished all questions within 20 minutes due to prior practice on GeeksforGeeks.

Round 2: OOP Round
The problem given was to design an "Electricity Billing System for home" with corresponding power usage for appliances. The candidate had 45 minutes to model the problem, using a "Factory Design Pattern." A ThoughtWorker joined for the next 45 minutes to improve the solution strategy. The interviewer was impressed with the use of the design pattern.

Round 3: Tech1 (Technical Interview)
Two ThoughtWorkers conducted this round. It started with "Design Traffic System," where the candidate discussed the design, starting with a class diagram, and received help to improve their design and object orientation. The most important aspect was continuous communication of thoughts. Suddenly, the interviewer asked the candidate to solve a 9x9 Sudoku puzzle, for which a backtracking solution (similar to the 8-Queen Problem) was provided. The candidate managed to answer almost every question.

Round 4: HR Round
Due to good performance in the Tech round, the candidate was directly pushed to the next round, but some friends had a separate HR round on Skype.

Round 5: Leadership & Social Justice
This round combined two aspects: Leadership and Social Justice, based on ThoughtWorks' third pillar. The candidate was prepared for this round.
