This interview experience for Sirius (a CDW company focusing on Digital transformation, Cloud, and business solutions) consisted of four rounds.
Round 1: MCQ Round
This round included Aptitude, Programming, Data Structures, DBMS, SQL, and other computer concepts. There was negative marking for wrong answers. Programming questions involved snippets from HTML, CSS, Java, and JavaScript, as well as OOPS and SQL questions. The aptitude questions were moderate. Computer concepts and programming snippets had more weightage.
Round 2: Programming Round
This was a pen and paper round. Three questions were asked, with two from strings and one from linked lists. The toughness of the questions was moderate.
Round 3: Technical Interview
Technical questions were asked from Data Structures, OOPS, DBMS, and other related topics. This round lasted between 40 to 50 minutes. Strong technical knowledge was emphasized as crucial for clearing this round.
Round 4: Panel Discussion
