Round 1: Speed Math Round
This round lasted 10-15 minutes and involved approximately 35 questions. The questions were complex, including calculations like "612 to the power 12 minus 512 to the power 10," divided into six or seven sections.

Round 2: Aptitude & Speed Math Round
This 1.5-hour round included 30-40 aptitude questions (30 minutes) and another speed math section with 35-40 questions (15 minutes).

Round 3: Trading Game Simulation
This round, conducted by the company, involved a trading game where candidates were shown a video explaining the rules and objectives for about half an hour. The goal was to generate profit and loss based on the game. Candidates were expected to understand how to play and maximize profits.

Round 4: Interview
The interview started with an introduction, including name and family background (e.g., family business). Questions were asked about personal trading experience and strategies. A scenario-based question was posed: "If you are in a trade and it goes opposite to your plan, what will you do?" Technical finance questions included "Who was the finance minister?" and "What major happenings occurred after Covid in the markets that led to big upside or downside movements?" The candidate mentioned recession, petrol price hike, and the Ukraine-Russia war. Behavioral questions included "You are from B.Tech, and you are interested in a finance job, so you are changing your field like this?" and "Are you comfortable to join?"
