This was an on-campus placement drive. The process began after submitting an application form, followed by an assessment link received via email.
The first stage involved an Aptitude Test. This was followed by a Group Discussion (GD) based on a case study and a Jam Session. In the Jam Session, candidates were given an on-the-spot topic and had to speak about it, testing their thinking ability and communication skills.
The final stage was a Personal/Technical Interview. During this round, technical questions were asked, including a coding question (e.g., writing a program for factorial). The interviewer also tried to confuse the candidate, emphasizing the importance of being confident and sure about one's answers. Behavioral questions and questions about the company profile were also part of this round. The candidate was advised to always ask questions to the interviewer at the end, even if it's about their interview performance or company specifics.
The candidate received an offer letter within a few days, indicating selection.
