Online Assessment (1 Hour): This round consisted of two DSA questions (rated Easy – Medium), 20 Frontend MCQs, 20 Backend MCQs, and one Easy JavaScript coding question.
Assignment: Candidates were given two days to develop a simple full-stack website.
Technical Interview 1 (1 Hour): The interview began with the candidate's introduction, followed by an explanation of the assignment code and its functionalities. The interviewer then asked the candidate to add a new feature to the website live. Although an error occurred, the interviewer acknowledged understanding the candidate's approach.
Technical Interview 2 (1 Hour - Low-Level Design): This round focused on Low-Level Design. The candidate was asked to design a database for the discussion section of a website, including features like storing posts, likes, comments, replies, tags, and bookmarks. A significant portion of the discussion involved optimizing the design for efficiency. SQL queries to retrieve data from this design were also part of the discussion. One of the candidate's resume projects was briefly discussed. The interviewer was described as very friendly and helpful.
Manager Round (30 min): This final round was conducted by a senior engineering manager. It included general managerial questions and in-depth questions related to both frontend and backend technologies.
Result: The candidate received a job offer approximately one week after completing the final interview.
