This experience describes an online interview process.
Round 1: Coding Assessment
This round featured two easy-to-medium coding questions related to arrays and strings. The candidate successfully solved both questions and advanced to the next round.
Round 2: Online Interview (Technical + HR)
Both technical and HR interviewers were present at the beginning, asking for a self-introduction.
Technical Interview: The interviewer asked which programming language the candidate was comfortable with (Java and Python were chosen). The candidate was then asked to share their screen and use an online compiler to code: reversing a string (including handling exceptions for a NULL string) and writing the Fibonacci series. Technical questions related to Java were also asked, such as explaining an OOPs concept with a real-world application.
HR Interview: The HR interviewer asked questions about the candidate's family background, projects, and the lessons learned from those projects.
