1. Aptitude Test (60 Minutes): This round included 20 Aptitude, 20 Reasoning, and 20 Technical questions. The candidate found it unusual for senior professionals to take an aptitude test, but it was a standard format.
2. Technical Interview (25 Minutes): This was a rapid-fire round with limited time. Conceptual and technical questions were asked, covering a broad range of frontend topics: Accessibility, POUR principles, Progressive Web Apps (PWAs), Micro Frontend, Frontend optimization techniques, latest React features (including sibling component communication, `useEffect`, `useCallback`, and `useMemo`), Web Workers, Service Workers, Lighthouse, Tree Shaking in JavaScript, SSG (Static Site Generation), SSR (Server Side Rendering), and the difference between Debounce and Throttle in JavaScript with examples.
3. Final Technical Round (Online): This round was completed online due to interviewer availability. It involved more JavaScript and React concept-based questions and two coding problems. The candidate successfully completed one coding problem but could not get the correct output for the second.
