1. Online MCQ Round: Around 100 students appeared. The test was conducted on the Mettle platform and consisted of Technical MCQs (based on complexities, data structures) and Aptitude MCQs. There was a +4, -1 marking scheme. The difficulty was easy to medium.
2. Pen & Paper Coding Round: 21 students were selected and invited to the Gurgaon Office. Three questions were given to be completed in 75 minutes. One question involved a dynamic programming approach. The candidate's code for a specific question was later dry-run by the interviewer.
3. Technical Interview: The interviewer focused on the approach and logic of the coding questions from the previous round. Questions were asked about bottom-up and top-down dynamic programming approaches. The interviewer also inquired about projects, areas of interest, DBMS concepts, and basic data structures like finding the middle element of a linked list and getting the minimum element of a stack in O(1) time.
4. HR Interview: Only one candidate was shortlisted for this round. The candidate filled an employment detail form and a personality-based questionnaire. Questions included "Tell me about yourself," "Why Nagarro?," "Are you on any online coding platforms?," "Any achievements?," "How many rejections and why?," and "Describe events when you showcased leadership and organizing skills."
