The candidate applied online via Google Form on Nagarro's Facebook Page for an off-campus drive. There were 16 candidates from different colleges.
1. Online Round (From Home): This round consisted of 40 MCQs from Aptitude and 20 MCQs from Data Structures and Algorithms. There was a marking scheme of +2.5 for correct answers and -1 for wrong answers. The candidate attempted all programming questions and 10-12 aptitude questions and cleared the round.
2. Coding Round (Office): This round was held at Nagarro's office in Gurgaon. It consisted of 3 coding questions to be solved in 75 minutes. The questions were of easy to medium difficulty. Specific questions included: "Find K closest elements to a given value in an array," "Print all subarrays in an array whose sum is 0," and "Longest Common substring in 2 strings." 5 out of 16 candidates were shortlisted after this round.
3. Technical Round (Same Day): In this round, interviewers focused on the candidate's approach to each coding question from the previous round. They asked for dry runs, code walk-throughs, and optimization techniques, even pseudocode if direct coding was not done. They primarily checked logic. 2 out of 5 candidates were shortlisted.
4. HR Round (Same Day): This was the final HR round, involving basic questions like "Tell me about yourself," "Rank in Entrance Exam," "Favorite Programming Language," "Coding platform regularity," "Projects discussion," "5-year plan," "Why Nagarro," and "Any current offers."
