NPCI visited the campus for various roles including Blockchain, Analyst, and Development positions. The selection process started with a shortlisting process before the first round.
Round 1: Online Assessment
This round consisted of several sections. Aptitude and Verbal Reasoning had approximately 12 questions each with a moderate difficulty level. The Machine Learning section had 20 questions, some of which were challenging. The Coding Round included 2 questions, both of medium difficulty.
Round 2: Final Round (Technical + HR)
This round involved a detailed discussion about projects mentioned in the resume. Machine Learning questions covered concepts like K-means, the elbow method, CNN vs LSTM, and CNN vs ANN. SQL questions included explaining joins, Outer Join, and providing their syntax, along with questions on indexes in Databases and the difference between DELETE and Truncate. A DSA question required solving the "Product Array Puzzle" without using the divide operation. The interviewer also asked about other Machine Learning algorithms and requested an explanation of one. Behavioral questions were also part of this round.
